OUR CHURCH
Fellowship Baptist Church began as a church start in the homes of several local families who recognized that Fairfield, Pennsylvania, Carroll Valley and Adams County needed a strong Baptist presence to encourage faithful commitment to God and to the Holy Bible.
As a result of their commitment to Christ and the Bible and to the families in the area, Fellowship grew to the point where we were able to purchase a nice tract of land off of Mount Hope Road, which seemed a wonderful street name for a church, and with the help of teams from various Baptist organizations, a multi-purpose building was erected that houses our worship center, kitchen and fellowship area, children’s, youth and our adult Sunday School classes.
Fellowship Baptist Church works together with churches of like faith and belief through the Keystone Baptist Association, the Pennsylvania/South Jersey Baptist Convention and the national Southern Baptist Convention. Through the International Missions Board we support over 4,000 missionaries serving in virtually every country in the world, in addition, we are active right here at home through the North American Missions Board where we support over 5000 missionaries who serve in various capacities throughout our nation and its territories!

OUR PASTOR
Pastor Ken and Penny came to us to help us move to the next level. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has served as a pastor, chaplain, denominational leader and volunteer missionary for many years. He is a strong passionate preacher who is committed to helping all believers learn to live a full and meaningful Christian life!
His life's theme is "Fulfilling the Great Commission in the love of the Great Commandment," and believes that this is best accomplished by preaching and teaching the whole counsel of scripture, helping believers to then take that Biblical teaching and apply it to their personal life, their family life, their work and social life. Pastor Ken challenges everyone to let the Bible be the filter for everything that comes into their life, reminding us that though we can't stop influences from coming to us, we can refuse to incorporate them into our lifestyle, our choices and our decisions.
